How does payment work?
All sessions are paid in EGP by Instapay. After you select a package and submit payment, the studio confirms it manually — usually the same day. Your sessions become bookable as soon as payment is confirmed.
Where does the lesson take place?
At your home. Your teacher travels to you. Currently we serve neighborhoods across Cairo; if you're unsure whether your area is covered, write to us and we'll check.
Is the price the same for everyone?
Yes. Studio Ronde uses a single transparent rate for all students — EGP 600 for a single session and EGP 2,160 for the 30-day package.
What if I need to reschedule?
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations inside that window count against the package. Studio Ronde reserves the right to reassign a teacher in case of illness.
Do package sessions expire?
Yes — packages are valid for thirty days from the date of the first booked session. Unused sessions after that window are forfeited unless the studio has agreed in writing to extend.
