Studio terms.

Booking & credits

Credits are purchased per package and expire after the package validity. Each booking consumes one credit. Sessions are 45–60 minutes, scheduled with your teacher.

Reschedule & cancellation

Cancellations or reschedules outside the studio's notice window refund your credit. Inside the notice window, the credit is forfeited.

Payment

Payments are made via Instapay or cash and are confirmed by studio admin. Prices are listed on the packages page and apply to all students.

Conduct

We expect mutual respect between students, parents, and teachers. The studio reserves the right to discontinue an account that violates basic studio etiquette.

Materials

Books, scores, and supplies bought through the shop are subject to stock and are paid for at the time of order. Returns are accepted in original condition within 7 days.
